Pets Policy
Whilst pets are not necessarily excluded from any property, the company reserves the right to
increase any deposit sum in order to cover any additional expenses and to charge a non-refundable pet deposit.
High speed internet available at $18.00 or £11.00 per week.

Please note we may be able to assist with car hire and pick ups from the airport.
Rental stays of less than one week will be subject to a surcharge. Holiday rates apply during Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks.

TURTLE WATCH
IMPORTANT NOTICE
1ST MAY TO 14TH OCTOBER
During the period between the above dates it is Turtle Watch Time. This means there is a large fine for any balcony or outside lights being left on, or not using the blinds and using the inside lights during the hours of darkness. This is because the turtles are hatching on the beach during this period, and will follow the lights and head towards the house and not to the sea if lights are left on.
In light of the above we would appreciate it if all renters would bear this in mind and ensure that lights are not left on.
