Deposit A Security/damage deposit, as shown on the first line of the rates above, will be required in addition to any rental monies to secure a booking. Payment We accept cheque or bank transfer. Cleaning costs and linen and towels included in the price. All rates are subject to change. A surcharge may be applied for bookings of less than 7 nights. If you need to cancel your holiday for any reason we will not be able to refund any monies paid and therefore we recommend you should take out your own travel insurance to cover you in case of this. Portugal specific You can pay in sterling £ and Euro €. Travel cots can be hired at €30 If heating is required an extra surcharge will be applied. USA specific A discount will apply if the week before 23rd December or after 2nd January is also booked making a 14 night reservation. You can pay in sterling £ or US dollar $. All applicable taxes (currently 11.5%) are added to the weekly rates and these are subject to change. A surcharge will be applied for Sunday check-ins.
